Shipping

We hold stock in Australia and ship from Sydney. Choose one of three delivery options at checkout:

• NSW — free shipping. Delivered to any NSW address, usually within 1–3 business days of dispatch. No minimum spend.
• Interstate — A$10 flat rate. Delivered anywhere else in Australia, usually within 2–5 business days of dispatch. No surcharge for regional addresses.
• Local pickup in Sydney — free. We hand your order to you in person. Contact us on Instagram at @guardner_belt_au to arrange a time and place.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. If you are outside Australia, the belt is available from the manufacturer's Japanese store at shop.guardner.jp.

We cannot deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes for every carrier service, so please give a street address where possible.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or NSW public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

• NSW addresses: usually 1–3 business days from dispatch
• Interstate addresses: usually 2–5 business days from dispatch
• Regional and remote addresses: may take a few extra business days

These are the carrier's typical timeframes, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, and weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking and delivery problems

You'll receive an email confirming your order as soon as your payment goes through, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

If tracking hasn't moved for several business days, or the carrier has marked your parcel as delivered and you don't have it, email us at info@cubic-innov8.com and we'll chase it up with the carrier. Please get in touch within 21 days of dispatch so we can lodge an enquiry while the carrier still holds the records.

14-day returns and size exchanges

Sizing a support belt from a chart is genuinely hard, so we'd rather you ordered and adjusted than agonised over the measurements.

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or a size exchange, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

To be accepted, the belt must be:

• in resaleable condition — unworn other than trying it on briefly indoors, clean, undamaged, no odour
• returned complete, with all straps and strings, in its original packaging

Size exchanges: we cover the postage both ways for your first exchange. Send the belt back and we'll dispatch the replacement size as soon as it arrives with us.

Change-of-mind returns: we refund the full amount you paid for the belt to your original payment method once the belt reaches us and passes inspection. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is at your cost. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt, and your bank may then take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your belt arrives damaged, or a strap or string fails in normal use, that is on us — not on you, and not subject to the 14-day window. Email us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement, a repair, or a refund at no cost to you, including postage.

How to start a return

Email info@cubic-innov8.com with:

• the name and email address you used to order
• whether you want an exchange (and which size) or a refund
• for a faulty item, a photo of the problem

We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — we can't process returns that arrive unannounced.
